The procedure for obtaining residence permit
The whole process can be divided into the following stages:
Company Registration
Documentation:
* Power of Attorney - 2 copies (with a notarized signatures)
* Responsibility statement by the Director (with a notarized signatures)
* Extract from the police records
* A copy of the first page of the passport with the signature
* A completed application for registration of the company, including name of the company, which will be an integral part of the contract.
Please note that all documents should be legalized for international use (apostille) at the Ministry of Justice. Exception for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova
Registration Period
The new firm is registered from 10 to 30 days from the date of receiveing all documents from the client.
The date of registration - is the date of publication of information about the company at the official website of the trade register: www.justice.cz
Payment
50% payment before the registration of the company and 50% after the publication of information about the company at the official website of the trade register www.justice.cz
Payment methods:
* Bank transfer to a bank account
* Cash in our office in Prague
* A system of UNISTRIM or leaders who have an extensive network of correspondent banks around the world.
* Western Union
Preparation of documents
After the company appear in the official register of the Czech www.justice.cz, within 7-10 business days, we will translate and prepare all necessary documents for obtaining visa.Price of package of documents for residence permitn(visa) is 490 euros including shipping by courier.
Applying for visa
After delivering all the necessary documents from us, you should set an appointment at Czech Consulate / Embassy (Consular Office Czech republic can be found here), apply (application form to take to the embassy) to obtain an annual business visa "D" (residence permit).
Copy profile (red) with his hand in BLOCK LETTERS (a sample can be downloaded here), Apply to the court of bank transfer confirmation copy of the VISA or MasterCard.
At the appointed time you come to the embassy (consulate) in the CR and bring with you:
- The whole package of documents sent from us;
- Passport (bring a photocopy of the all pages of passport);
- Birth certificate;
- 3 pictures in accordance with the requirements of the consulate in the CZ;
- 150 euro consular fee for each person over 15 years, receiving a residence permit
Approximately after 2 - 3 months (by law up to 6 months) you obtain residence permit. You should have medical insurance valid in the Czech Republic. This insurance could also be required at border crossing and for registration in the Foreign Police of the Czech Republic (you should register within 3 days after crossing the border)
