Legal fees The amount of payment for services is determined depending on the form of pricing, and shares to pay on a contractual basis, the monthly fee and attorneys' fees, established on the basis of or fees as
stipulated in Regulation 177/96 Coll. on attorney’s fees and reimbursement (attorney’s tariff) of the Ministry of Justice.
Payment on a contractual basis
This type is mainly used in the provision of one-time legal services to the client, while taken into account the time cost and complexity of the case. Payment can be installed, such as hourly, percentage of the size of the dispute or the other way that suits the particular case.
Lump-sum fee Lump-sum fee is usually used in relations with entrepreneurs and business entities. Its essence is a contract for legal services to our law firm. This agreement is basis for long-term cooperation: on the basis of his client can rely on the provision of legal services in a specified amount over a certain period of time. Of the benefits of this type of cooperation is the possibility of the customer at almost any time to use the services of our law office for priority conditions and for more favorable prices.
Tariff fee Tariff fee is used when client has not been agreed upon fee or payment for services on a contractual basis. The amount of the tariff fee is based on Regulation 177/96 Coll. on attorney’s fees and reimbursement (attorney’s tariff) of the Ministry of Justice. In order to calculate the attorney’s fee this regulation generally refers to the value of a dispute or matters in which the legal service is provided.
Determining the price for the provision of legal services is individual upon legal assistance given and the importance of a particular case for a client. Services are provided, as a rule, depending on hours worked. Average law firm commitments fluctuate between 2500 CZK per hour. At a higher level of service, we can determine a lower price, or agree to another mode of remuneration of counsel.
