Do I need to be present at ready-made company acquisition?
No.
You do not need to be present in order to purchase a ready-made company. It’s sufficient to make a Power of Attorney for one of our specialists. The form of this document we will provide you. On basis of this Power of Attorney, we transfer rights of company ownership to you.
How I know that I became an owner?
Changes made will appear in public accessible trade register on the site www.justice.cz
Why a Czech company is needed?

How long a process of a company establishment takes?
Sale of a new company without making changes in statutory documents (change of the name, address of registration) occurs in 24 hours from the time you have contacted us. Immediately after making the deal, it’s possible to carry on activity on behalf of the company.
What main changes can be made in statutory documents at a company selling and what is needed for this?
